About the Role
An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a growing and reputable mechanical and plumbing contractor. Working across a variety of commercial projects, you will be involved in installations, maintenance, and refurbishment works within schools, hotels, new build developments, and CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities
- Installation of commercial plumbing systems and pipework
- Working on schools, hotels, office fit-outs, and new build projects
- Carrying out first and second fix plumbing works
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Ensuring all work is completed to industry standards and regulations
- Working independently and as part of a wider project team
- Maintaining excellent health and safety standards on site
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' commercial plumbing experience
- Proven experience working within schools, hotels, new builds, and CAT A & CAT B fit-outs
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
