We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Vehicle Technician to join a busy and well-established automotive workshop based in Normanton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technician looking for a stable role with a great work-life balance, as the position offers no weekend work.
You will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles while ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, and general maintenance
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
- Perform inspections and identify additional work when required
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and safely
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Requirements
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
