This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced domestic engineer to join a well-established mechanical and heating services provider in London. You will work across a diverse range of domestic properties, delivering high-quality plumbing, heating, and gas services. The position combines planned maintenance and reactive work, ensuring variety in your day-to-day activities and continuous skill development. You will be fully equipped with a company van, fuel card, and personal protective equipment, allowing you to focus entirely on delivering excellent workmanship and outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out domestic gas, plumbing, and heating works across residential properties in London
  • Perform fault finding, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on heating and plumbing systems
  • Complete installations where required, ensuring work meets industry standards and regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service in occupied properties, maintaining professionalism and respect for homeowners
  • Complete all paperwork, reports, and documentation accurately and promptly
  • Work safely and in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company procedures
  • Respond to call-out rota requirements as scheduled

  • Comfortable with paperwork, reporting, and record-keeping requirements
