Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out domestic gas, plumbing, and heating works across residential properties in London
- Perform fault finding, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on heating and plumbing systems
- Complete installations where required, ensuring work meets industry standards and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service in occupied properties, maintaining professionalism and respect for homeowners
- Complete all paperwork, reports, and documentation accurately and promptly
- Work safely and in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company procedures
- Respond to call-out rota requirements as scheduled
