The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will undertake residential property inspections across the North East, preparing high-quality reports in accordance with relevant RICS professional standards. Your responsibilities are likely to include:
- RICS Level 2 Home Surveys
- RICS Level 3 Building Surveys
- Residential valuations
- Help to Buy valuations
- Probate valuations
- Defect diagnosis
- Client consultations
- Building and maintaining relationships with estate agents, solicitors and homeowners
- Managing your own diary and workload
- Producing accurate, professional reports within agreed timescales
Essential Requirements
- Genuine passion for residential property
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong report-writing ability
- Professional and client-focused approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable Experience & Qualifications
- AssocRICS or MRICS qualification
- Registered Valuer status
- Experience using GoReport
- Knowledge of the North East residential property market
- Drone qualification
