We are currently working with a highly regarded specialist law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Employment Law Solicitor to join its growing team in Bramhall, Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with solid employment law experience, or a commercially minded solicitor looking to specialise in employment law within a respected niche practice environment. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and close-knit team focused exclusively on employment law, handling a varied caseload for both employers and employees across contentious and non-contentious matters.

The Role

The position will involve managing a broad range of employment law matters, including advisory work, tribunal preparation, and client representation. You will work closely with a diverse client base, providing practical and commercially focused advice while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of employment law matters independently from instruction through to resolution
  • Providing strategic and commercially focused advice to employers, employees, and HR professionals
  • Preparing Employment Tribunal matters from start to finish
