Salary: £30,000 £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent


Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am 4:30pm
  • 40 hours per week
  • 30-minute paid tea break included
  • No weekend working

About the Role

The organisation is seeking an experienced and detail-focused Panel Beater to join their established team. Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out high-quality panel repairs and vehicle body restoration work
  • Remove and replace damaged body panels and components
  • Repair dents, scratches, and structural damage using appropriate techniques
  • Realign vehicle panels and body structures where required
  • Prepare repaired vehicles for the paint process and final finishing
  • Work to precise quality and presentation standards
  • Use specialist body repair equipment safely and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records and complete work within agreed deadlines
  • Conduct final inspections to ensure all work meets required standards


Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience working as a Panel Beater within a bodyshop, accident repair, restoration, or automotive environment
  • Strong understanding of vehicle body repair and restoration techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a skilled team
  • Experience working with premium, classic, or specialist vehicles is advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
