About the Opportunity An established and well-respected law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Fee Earner to join its friendly and supportive Property team in Rotherham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters while working within a collaborative environment that values high-quality client service and professional development.
The Role You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, providing expert advice and ensuring a smooth process for clients.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
Managing remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors.
Preparing and reviewing legal documentation.
Ensuring compliance with SRA regulations, lender requirements and internal procedures.
Delivering an exceptional client experience through clear communication and proactive case management.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX Lawyer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner status.
Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Outstanding communication and client care abilities.
A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
