Hours: Flexible working pattern within a 45-hour week. Operating hours are 7:00am - 7:00pm.

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy and growing workshop in Colwyn Bay. We are looking for a skilled technician who is confident working on a wide range of vehicles, including commercial vehicles, cars, vans, and all makes and models. This is a hands-on role for a dedicated professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide variety of vehicles.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
- Perform inspections and identify additional repair requirements.
- Work on commercial vehicles, light commercial vehicles, and passenger cars.
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance carried out.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
Essential
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Experience working on multiple vehicle brands and models.
- Experience with commercial vehicles.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own tools required.
Desirable
- MOT Tester qualification (advantageous but not essential).
- Experience with modern diagnostic equipment.
- Commercial vehicle qualifications or additional manufacturer training.
