Working Hours: ~12:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Full-time position (weekend availability required)
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Prepare and serve high-quality traditional pub food and classic daily roasts and full Sunday roast menu.
- Develop and maintain seasonal menus while ensuring consistency and excellent presentation.
- Manage food ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships.
- Maintain food margins and minimise waste.
- Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and HACCP regulations.
- Train, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Work closely with management to deliver an outstanding dining experience for customers.
- Previous experience as a Head Chef.
- Strong knowledge of traditional British pub cuisine.
- Confidence in preparing and serving high-volume Sunday roasts.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (minimum).
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
