Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and inspections on LGVs.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimise vehicle downtime.
- Prepare vehicles for MOT testing and support compliance requirements.
- Mobile work involved, travelling to customer locations where required.
- Accurately complete service reports, inspection records, and job documentation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as an LGV Fitter, HGV Technician, Commercial Vehicle Technician, or similar position.
- Experience carrying out servicing and repairs independently.
- Good understanding of DVSA standards and vehicle maintenance requirements.
- Comfortable travelling to customer sites when required.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
