Type: Full-time, Permanent Key Responsibilities Lead and manage architectural projects from inception through to completion across all RIBA Stages.

Deliver high-quality buildings for private sector clients including higher education and university buildings, ensuring projects meet programme, budget and quality objectives.

Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, planning authorities and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage project programmes, resources and project risks.

Undertake site inspections and contract administration duties where required.

Ensure compliance with current UK Building Regulations, Planning legislation, CDM Regulations and relevant industry standards.

Contribute to business development activities and help maintain strong client relationships.

Proven experience delivering education projects, particularly within the private sector.

Experience leading projects through all RIBA Plan of Work stages.

Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning processes and construction methods.

Strong project management and client-facing skills.

Proficiency in Auto CAD and Revit (or equivalent BIM software), together with Microsoft Office.

Full UK driving licence (desirable).

Desirable Experience Experience working on listed buildings and conservation projects.

Knowledge of heritage legislation, conservation principles and working within sensitive historic environments.

Contract administration experience.

Working knowledge of BIM standards and digital project delivery.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
