Job Description Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer\n Location \n Guildford and surrounding areas \n Salary \n £35,000 - £50,000 DOE \n Job Type \n Full Time, Permanent About the Role\n A growing commercial building services company is looking for an experienced Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team. \n Working across Guildford and the surrounding areas, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, fault finding and installation of commercial air conditioning systems across a variety of commercial and industrial sites. \n This is a permanent opportunity for an engineer looking to develop their career, with ongoing training, progression opportunities and a varied workload. Key Responsibilities\n \n \n Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on commercial air conditioning systems \n \n Complete servicing and reactive maintenance \n \n Diagnose and repair faults across a range of air conditioning equipment \n \n Install and replace commercial air conditioning systems \n \n Carry out fault finding and basic electrical diagnostics \n \n Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with industry standards \n \n Complete service reports and job documentation accurately \n \n Provide a professional and reliable service when working on customer sites \n \n Participate in the 1-in-5 on-call rota \n Essential Requirements\n \n \n Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer \n \n NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent \n \n F-Gas certification \n \n Good electrical knowledge and fault-finding skills \n \n Full UK Driving Licence \n \n Strong communication and customer service skills \n \n Ability to work independently and as part of a team \n What's on Offer\n \n \n £35,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE \n \n Company van \n \n Performance-related bonus scheme \n \n Private medical insurance after successful completion of probation \n \n Ongoing training and development \n \n Long-term career progression \n \n Overtime and weekend work available \n \n Occasional working away, with accommodation and expenses covered where applicable \n \n Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm \n \n If you're an experienced Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company that offers training, progression and a varied workload, apply today. \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
