We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join a well-established electrical services company based in Bath. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional looking to join a growing business that delivers high-quality electrical services across both domestic and commercial sectors.
The role will involve working on a variety of electrical installation, maintenance, testing, inspection, and fault-finding projects. Approximately 80% of the work will be within domestic properties, with the remaining 20% taking place on commercial sites.
A company van will be provided, and the successful candidate will be expected to work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out electrical installations in domestic and commercial properties
- Perform fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs
- Complete electrical testing and inspections
- Undertake planned and reactive maintenance works
- Ensure all work complies with current wiring regulations and health and safety standards
- Complete job reports and relevant documentation accurately
- Provide a professional and courteous service to customers
- Maintain company equipment and vehicle to a high standard
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Electrician
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience working within both domestic and commercial environments
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional and reliable approach to work
- Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
- Company van provided
