We are seeking a Residential Surveyor with 23 years' experience to carry out residential property inspections and produce high-quality survey reports across West and South West London. This is a home-based role where all survey appointments will be arranged, allowing you to focus on inspections and report writing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct residential property inspections across West and South West London.
  • Produce accurate and professional Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys.
  • Identify and assess building defects, structural issues, and maintenance requirements.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and detailed reports within agreed timescales.
  • Manage your workload effectively and maintain high professional standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements

  • 23 years' experience as a Residential Surveyor.
  • Proven experience producing Level 2 and Level 3 survey reports.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods and common building defects.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
  • Excellent written communication and report-writing skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

  • RICS-qualified (AssocRICS or MRICS) preferred; or RPSA-qualified surveyors will also be considered.
