About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Counsellor with experience in student counselling and higher education recruitment using digital and offline channels to enhance recruitment outreach.. You’ll manage UK international student leads, advise students on the best study options, and support the growth of our South Asia operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience guiding students through university applications, admissions, and career-focused decision-making. You will play a key role in recruiting international students for UK and global universities.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on university choices, programs, and applications.
- Convert UK-based international student leads efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with universities, agents, and stakeholders.
- Support recruitment initiatives and identify new opportunities.
- Leverage online marketing channels (social media, campaigns, email, etc.) and offline marketing channels to generate and nurture leads.
- Represent Kampus Group at fairs, webinars, and industry events.
- Suggest improvements to recruitment processes, digital outreach, and student experience.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2-3 years of experience in student recruitment, counselling, and marketing for higher education.
- Knowledge of UK higher education markets and trends
- Strong communicator, relationship-builder, and problem-solver.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
