We are a dynamic and fast-growing Mediterranean food manufacturer and brand, supplying high-quality products to leading retailers such as Whole Foods, Planet Organic, Bayley & Sage, and others. In addition to our branded range, we partner with major retailers and food service groups to deliver white label and private label solutions. We are SALSA accredited and currently progressing towards BRC certification, with an audit scheduled for October.
As part of our exciting growth journey, we are expanding into new channels and plan to open multiple grab-and-go retail shops across London in the next five years.
We are now seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive this growth and take the business to the next level.
A motivated self-starter with a passion for food, you will play a key role in securing and managing major retail and food service accounts, building strong buyer relationships, and shaping our brand presence. This is a hands-on leadership role within a close-knit team, responsible for leading, growing, and overseeing all aspects of sales and marketing to ensure the success of our retail, wholesale, and private-label business.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business with major retailers, airlines, and food service groups.
- Build and manage strong buyer relationships to secure listings and grow sales.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional terms.
- Monitor sales performance and deliver on targets.
- Provide market and category insights to support product development.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth supply, promotions, and launches.
- Represent the brand at buyer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales and marketing management role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
- Sound financial management skills, including analyzing financial data.
