Location: Head office – Ringwood, Hampshire & various sites across the South of England

Summary: Attend to appointments for remediation of reported defects and complete repairs to a high standard. Contribute to the Customer Care Team by providing great customer service to all our customers, ensuring all raised repairs are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out inspection and rectification of groundworks defects
  • Take instruction from the Customer Care Manager and ensure all customer appointments are attended on time and in a professional manner
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills; working with your team, external customers, sub-contractors, third party builders and their respective teams to resolve & rectify problems
  • Keep accurate records and photographs of all issues attended to
  • Ensure NHBC, Health and Safety, PPE, RAMS and customer care SLAs are abided by
  • Work closely with site teams and provide support as and when required
  • Ensure work vehicle is kept clean, presentable and road worthy and any issues are reported for prompt repair

Essential Competence and Training:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • UK Right to work
  • Valid CSCS Card with a minimum of 2 years groundwork experience
  • An understanding of construction drawings
  • Knowledge of NHBC regulations
  • Experience with CCTV survey & high powered jetwash
  • CPCS or NPORS
