Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and allocate work to approved sub‑contractors.
- Track job progress, resolving issues and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and sub‑contract partners.
- Maintain compliance with health & safety, legal requirements and company policies.
- Support the onboarding of new sub‑contractors.
- Assist with the implementation and ongoing use of planning and scheduling software.
- Produce accurate updates, reports and documentation as required.
About You
- Proven experience in logistics planning, scheduling or contractor coordination.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence communicating with multiple stakeholders.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience using planning or scheduling systems.
- A flexible approach and willingness to travel across the UK when required.
