We are seeking a highly motivated Production Team Leader to lead a multi-disciplined team within a well-respected manufacturing company in the Building & Construction product industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity during a period of growth at a reputable, organized site that provides a great working environment.

- Annual KPI bonus

Roles and responsibilities of a Production Shift Supervisor
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety policies
- Plan, coordinate, and manage site production activities safely and efficiently
- Develop and improve the capabilities of production operatives to enhance performance
- Control operating costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction
- Undertake relevant training as needed
- Operate brick production lines according to procedures
- Complete all in-process documentation accurately
Skills & Qualifications
- NVQ level qualification or previous supervisory experience
- Minimum IOSH safety certification
- Knowledge of risk assessment and management
- Counterbalance forklift experience is advantageous
- Good understanding of process plants
- Experience in building materials or FMCG sectors
