Kameleoon is scaling fast in the UK, and we’re looking for a hungry Business Development Representative (BDR) to own the British market. Reporting directly to our UK Director, you’ll be a vital engine for our growth in the region. This isn’t just a "booking meetings" role—it’s a fast-track career move. We are committed to your growth: our Sales Director will personally mentor and train you to transition into a Junior Account Executive role within just 12 months.
- Territory Ownership: Identify and engage with high-potential leads across your zone.

Your Tech Stack: We believe in giving you the best tools to succeed. You’ll be prospecting with a premium stack, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Similarweb, Surfe, and Wappalyze.
This role is perfect for ambitious graduates or junior professionals with 0 to 2 years of experience. If you’ve already had a first taste of life as a BDR, that’s a huge plus.
We’d love to hear from you if:
- You’re a Remote Pro: You are disciplined and excited about working in a 100% remote, autonomous environment every day.
- UK-Based: You live in the UK (ideally in or around London, as it helps for local events).
- Tech-Driven: You’re genuinely curious about digital transformation and love the challenge of selling complex, innovative projects.
- A Natural Hunter: You have a "hunter" mindset—you’re resilient, persuasive, and thrive on winning over a new market.
- Articulate & Persuasive: You have top-tier communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Career-Oriented: You are highly ambitious and looking for a role where you can prove yourself and move up the ladder quickly.
- Fast-Track Mentorship: A tailored skills development plan, working directly with our UK Director to prep you for a Junior Account Executive role in record time.
- Competitive Package: A base salary of £30k + £10k OTE (On-Target Earnings) bonus.
- Home Office Grant: A £300 budget to help you get your remote workspace set up for success.
The best of both worlds: the stability and backing of a mature international scale-up, combined with the total autonomy and playground you need to build your own business from the ground up.

- 1- Screening call with Josephine, our recruiter located in Paris-FR (30 min)
- 2- Interview with our UK Director (1h)
- 3- Use case (1h)
- 4- Discussion with our French BDR Manager (30 min)
