Kambi Group plc is a leading B2B provider of premium sports betting services to licensed gaming operators. Our end-to-end solution supports operators launching a standalone Sportsbook or enhancing their offering, covering front-end UI, customer intelligence, risk management and odds compiling, built on our in-house software. Our vision is to create the world’s leading sports betting experiences, together with our partners.
Kambi is looking for a talented Senior Legal Counsel, to be based in our London office, to join our Commercial Legal team as part of our continued growth. You will join a team of nearly 30 people split across London and Stockholm, helping to provide commercial support to the Kambi business globally. Our office is currently in Hammersmith, moving to new offices in the Waterloo/Southwark area in the Summer.
The role
The role will primarily involve drafting and negotiation of key commercial contracts with our customers and suppliers, but can also extend into areas such as IP, data protection, corporate, employment and dispute resolution, depending on the successful candidate’s experience and interests. The role will also involve developing and supporting more junior members of the team.

Requirements
- 7+ years PQE
- Extensive experience in complex commercial transactions with in-house stakeholder engagement and strategic advisory, including negotiation
- Experience in IP, corporate and/or dispute resolution
- Excellent academics and private practice training; in-house experience preferred
- Ability to analyse issues, provide succinct solutions, and present them effectively to stakeholders
- Willingness to expand into areas outside formal experience by applying general commercial law principles
