The role Kambi is looking for a talented Senior Legal Counsel, to be based in our London office, to join our award-winning Commercial Legal team as part of Kambi’s continued growth. You will be joining a team of nearly 30 people split across London and Stockholm, helping to provide commercial support to the Kambi business globally.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiation of key commercial contracts with our customers and suppliers.
- Work on areas such as IP, data protection, corporate, employment and dispute resolution, depending on experience and interests.
- Developing and supporting more junior members of the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years PQE.
- Experience in complex commercial transactions, with direct engagement with in-house stakeholders and negotiation experience.
- Experience in IP, corporate and/or dispute resolution.
- Excellent academics and private practice training; in-house experience preferred.
- Ability to analyse commercial or corporate issues and present succinct solutions to stakeholders.
- Willingness to advise on areas outside formal experience using general commercial law principles.
