About the Role

We are currently hiring Real Estate – Investment Advisors – 100% Commission-Based (High Earning Potential) to join our high-performance team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for real estate, sales, and client relationship management. You\’ll be advising high-net-worth individuals and property investors, with access to exclusive off-market projects , premium listings, and full marketing support to help you close deals confidently.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities based on their goals and budget

Build and maintain a portfolio of clients and investors

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

Stay updated with Dubai\’s property market trends and investment insights

Represent Kamani Living with professionalism and deep market knowledge

Work closely with the marketing team to convert qualified leads into clients

What We\’re Looking For

Previous experience in real estate, sales, or investment advisory (UAE experience preferred)

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Goal-oriented and motivated by high earning potential

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Confident, professional, and client-focused mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
