We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for Level 3 / 6 Hairdressing Apprentices to join our talented team and kick-start their career in the hairdressing industry.
As a Level 3 Hairdressing Apprentice at KAM, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills under the guidance of our experienced stylists. You will be working in a supportive and creative environment, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge in all aspects of hairdressing. This apprenticeship program will provide you with the necessary training and practical experience to further your career in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior stylists with various hairdressing tasks, including shampooing, conditioning, and preparing guests for services
- Learn and practice different hairdressing techniques, such as cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and professional salon environment
- Start building a clientelle with the skills you are already trained and confident in.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for hairdressing and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
- Completed a Level 2 Hairdressing qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
