Kalypso Media Group is an independent publisher and developer of interactive entertainment software with more than 170 employees at a total of ten locations in Germany, England, France, the USA and Japan. Five of the Group's development studios in Germany and France, together with other international games developers, ensure a steady stream of new computer and video games for all modern premium platforms, such as the world‑famous "Tropico" series, "Commandos" and "Railway Empire".

To strengthen our team at our subsidiary in Bracknell (UK) we are looking for a QA & Submission Manager (m/f/d) to have a start as soon as possible.

Your profile:

  • Passionate gamer with experience (PC and console)
  • Commitment, initiative, teamwork, and flexibility
  • Independent, structured, and responsible work ethic
  • Understanding of game mechanics and basic programming skills are advantageous
  • Previous experience with submissions to Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)

Your tasks:

  • Creating clear and concise bug reports in Jira for the developers
  • Tracking and verifying fixes
  • Conducting structured testing of new versions of our games on all platforms
  • Providing detailed feedback on the playability of games in development
  • Submitting proposals to Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo
  • Ensuring that every release of our products meets high standards for functionality, performance, security, and usability
