Kaluza is seeking a Technical Lead in Bristol for a hybrid/permanent role in the Engineering team. You will own end-to-end design and production readiness, driving architecture decisions and guiding a mix of junior and senior engineers.
You’ll work with TS/React, GraphQL, Kafka, AWS, and Terraform, applying AI tooling as standard practice while maintaining tests and guardrails for safe agent-written code.
