Senior Commercial Counsel – Kaluza (London, UK)Speaking to you – This role reports to the General Counsel and is based in London, with a hybrid flexibile work model. The salary range for this position is £107,000–£134,000 per annum. This position is NOT open to visa sponsorship at this time.What will you be doing? As a key member of the Legal team, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, balancing commercial velocity with robust risk management. You will take ownership of complex, high‐value deals that drive Kaluza\’s global expansion.Lead Strategic Deal Structures – Draft, negotiate, and close complex SaaS subscription agreements, professional services contracts, and strategic partnership agreements with international enterprise clients. Handle high‐stakes negotiations involving IP licensing, cloud liability, and data protection.Drive Commercial Strategy – Act as the core legal advisor to the Commercial and Bid teams, supporting RFPs, pricing structures, and risk allocation strategies for large‐scale international deals.Scale Legal Operations – Own and evolve commercial playbooks, standard templates, and legal guidance notes.
