Monitoring & Observability: Establish robust monitoring, logging, and tracing foundations in close collaboration with the wider Site Reliability Engineering function.
Security & Reliability: Embed automated security controls, ensure compliance, and participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota to troubleshoot and solve complex, systemic issues.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor engineers in the team, foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to coordinate technical upgrades, and hold service providers accountable.

Deep expertise with cloud platforms like AWS (preferred), Google Cloud, or Azure.
