What will I be doing?
We’re looking for a curious, creative, and organised storyteller to join our People Experience team and help bring Kaluza’s culture to life. This is a hands-on role where you’ll do more than just send emails. You’ll be part of a small team shaping how we communicate with our global workforce, driving employee engagement, and building an employer brand people are excited to be part of. Reporting to the Internal Comms & Engagement Lead, you’ll craft high-impact content and manage digital channels, supporting on delivering everything from end-to-end colleague campaigns to live events.
