What will I be doing?

  • Lead technical discovery with prospective and existing clients, understanding their current solution landscape, pain points, regulatory constraints, and target outcomes.
  • Design tailored solutions that map client needs to Kaluza's platform capabilities, with a clear eye on implementation feasibility.
  • Drive the technical narrative in RFP responses and proposals, crafting compelling, credible answers.
  • Negotiate scope as part of commercial discussions, balancing client ambition with deliverability.
  • Support and advise our demo engineering function to ensure we build compelling experiences that bring the platform to life.
  • Act as the connective tissue between what the market needs and what we build, translating client conversations into product insight.

About You

The non‑negotiables:

  • You’ve worked inside B2C retail environments, or close enough to have scars. You understand complex, high volume billing systems, whether in energy, telecoms, financial services, or subscription‑based businesses.
  • You’ve operated in complex enterprise sales, pre‑sales, consulting, or solution architecture.
  • You can translate technical complexity into clear, compelling narratives.
  • You’re analytical and customer‑obsessed.

What will set you apart:

  • Direct experience selling or implementing SaaS platforms in the energy sector.
  • Hands‑on experience architecting large‑scale software solutions.
  • You’ve worked at or with a retailer operating at scale (millions of accounts).
  • You’ve built something from scratch before and enjoyed the ambiguity that comes with it.
