What will I be doing?
- Own and execute Kaluza's multi-channel communications strategy, crafting narrative frameworks that elevate our brand presence across global B2B markets.
- Lead PR agency relationships and press campaigns end-to-end to secure high-impact media coverage in tech, energy, and mainstream business press.
- Translate complex energy infrastructure concepts—such as grid balancing, V2G, and dynamic tariffs—into clear, compelling storytelling for whitepapers, blogs, and press statements.
- Partner with C-suite and product leaders to curate thought-leadership content, executive keynotes, and media interview prep.
- Establish clear metrics and dashboards to evaluate campaign reach, sentiment, and ROI across targeted regions.
- Guide, review, and upskill junior content creators to ensure consistency in brand voice, narrative quality, and channel optimization.
- Hold accountability for the company's videography and podcast output, ensuring high-quality content across both external and internal channels.
About You
- Proven expertise in corporate PR, B2B content marketing, or communications management within tech, energy, or complex SaaS environments.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of translating complex systems into engaging narratives.
- Strong network of tier-one technology and energy trade media contacts alongside experience directing external PR agencies.
- Senior individual contributor experience, comfortable managing cross-functional initiatives independently from strategy through execution.
- A data-informed approach, leveraging performance metrics to continuously refine content strategy and media outreach.
What will set you apart:
- Direct experience in the clean energy, EV charging, or utility software sectors.
- Experience delivering international PR initiatives across European, US, or APAC regions.
- Expertise in crisis management communications and executive speechwriting.

We offer flexible working, with a requirement of 3 days a week in the office. This gives us the best of both: real time together to collaborate and build relationships, with the flexibility to work in the way that suits you best the rest of the week.
