What will I be doing?

  • As the Product Manager for Data Product Implementation, your primary responsibility is to successfully lead the data products rollout for a key Kaluza client.
  • You will work closely with engineers and experts in the Kaluza Data Product team, other Kaluza domain Implementation leads, and relevant client subject‑matter experts to ensure that our data model and products are localised to meet our client's needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Client Engagement: Articulate Kaluza data products and data models to our key clients.
  • Requirements & Roadmap: Document and translate client requirements for data products and align them with the global product roadmap priorities.
  • Development Support: Support development by refining and prioritising backlog items and work with software engineers to deliver solutions that drive value for clients.
  • Product Adoption: Drive product adoption through the creation of technical documentation, release communications, and delivering training sessions for client stakeholders.
  • Domain Integration: Gain a broad understanding of various Kaluza Product areas — Billing & Payments, Customer Care, Energy Commerce and Energy Optimisation — and how data products can unlock value in each.
  • Data Model Contribution: Be a key contributor to Kaluza's global data model with the potential to own its extension and maintenance for all clients.
  • Metrics & Culture: Work with the team to build and measure the right metrics for product success and nurture a culture of learning from data.
  • Communication: Radiate information, improve transparency and communicate effectively to internal and external audiences.

About You

Ideally you'll have/be:

  • Technical Experience: 3+ years experience as an agile Product Manager working on data platforms/products.
  • Rollout Experience: Experience supporting large‑scale enterprise product rollouts, especially on "edge" / localised deployments of a global product.
  • Stakeholder Management: You excel at managing stakeholders, with the ability to value and juggle competing priorities and influence decisions at all levels of the organisation.
  • Communication Skills: You excel at written and visual communication to both technical and commercial audiences.
  • Problem Solver: You are a patient and tenacious problem solver who is willing to roll up their sleeves to learn and understand a domain despite limited knowledge or experience in it.
  • Collaborative Nature: You are a team player who embraces collaboration and knowledge sharing within your team and across different teams.
