Kaltura is seeking a proactive Commercially-minded Customer Success Manager for the United Kingdom and Europe. You will own a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving renewal, expansion, and measurable value from Kaltura’s AI-enabled video platform.
You will partner with senior IT leaders to embed AI-driven video workflows, ensure adoption, and expand across business units. This role reports to the Director of Customer Success (Enterprise) for EMEA & APAC.
