Production/Manufacturing Operative - Modular Buildings

As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role on the production floor, directly involved in the manufacturing and assembly of our premium modular buildings. Your efforts will ensure that each unit meets our rigorous quality standards before being expertly prepared for flat pack distribution and subsequent installation at our clients' sites.

• Manufacturing: Construct high-quality modular buildings using Timber, PVC, and Aluminium materials and relevant machinery. Prepare these buildings for quick installation by our teams at our customers' properties. Maintain high standards and carefully prep buildings for dispatch and installation.
• Problem-Solving: Address project challenges, coordinate solutions, and minimise customer disruption.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project outputs meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with design, production, logistics, and installation teams to meet customer requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Address production challenges and prevent them in future builds. Deliver production schedule on time and stay ahead of plan.

• Experience in Joinery or general building.
• Good general building experience, mainly timber, insulation, Upvc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, capable of multitasking.
• Detail-oriented, with good initiative and problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Competence with basic Microsoft Office.
• Competence at using basic power tools.
• Flexible and motivated.
