Description Blending and packing of Kalsec products using a recipe, picking ingredients and accurately logging their usage. Ensure all line start-ups, cleaning schedules and all other necessary paperwork for each area are completed accurately and on time. Ensure that established standards of GMP, food safety and food quality are met. Ensure maintenance, equipment breakdowns and non-conformances are logged and reported to Production Manager, Facilities Coordinator or QA Manager. Ensure adherence of the Kalsec Europe’s Health
