The Role
You will manage your own varied employment law caseload, including:
- Settlement Agreements
- Unfair Dismissal
- Discrimination
- Whistleblowing
- Redundancy
- Employment Tribunal Litigation
- Grievances and Disciplinary Procedures
- Restrictive Covenants
- General HR and Employment Law Advisory Work
You will have responsibility and direct client contact from day one, with support and mentoring from experienced employment lawyers when required.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year’s PQE in employment law
- Has strong technical employment law knowledge
- Is ambitious, commercially minded and client-focused
- Is proactive and solutions-driven
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Is a genuine team player
- Wants to make a meaningful contribution to a growing firm
