This is a full-time, on-site role for a Protection Specialist based in London. The Protection Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional client-focused financial protection advice, maintaining effective communication with clients, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored protection solutions. The role also involves building long-term relationships with clients, handling inquiries, maintaining secure processes, and assisting with training and mentorship to foster professional development within the team.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Physical Security and awareness to ensure compliance with security regulations and processes
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities with a client-centered approach
- Experience in Training and Sales, with a demonstrated ability in client engagement and mentoring
- Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships and provide bespoke financial protection advice
- Knowledge of financial protection products or a willingness to learn within this field
- Previous experience in a financial services environment preferred but not required
- Certification or qualification in financial services (e.g., CeMAP) is an advantage
- Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently or within a small team
