Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a role where you can develop your skills and build a long-term career? I’m working with a well-established financial services business in Ipswich that is looking for an Administrator to join its team. You do not need previous financial services experience. They’re looking for someone with strong administration and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and, most importantly, the right attitude and willingness to learn. You’ll work alongside an experienced team supporting Financial Advisers and their clients, with plenty of opportunity to develop your knowledge and take on more responsibility over time.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting advisers with client administration and documentation
  • Processing applications and maintaining accurate client records
  • Liaising with clients, providers and third parties
  • Handling queries and providing case updates
  • Chasing outstanding information and keeping cases moving
  • Supporting ongoing client reviews
  • Managing information and workflows through CRM systems
  • Ensuring documentation is accurate and completed on time

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident written and verbal communication
  • A professional and reliable approach
  • Good IT skills and confidence learning new systems
  • Someone keen to learn, develop and take on more responsibility

Financial services experience would be an advantage, but it is absolutely not essential.
