Kalman Company is seeking to hire a Requirements Analyst Level II. This position will be supporting requirements generation, capability development documentation, force structure analysis, and resourcing activities. This is a contingent position tied to a contract award in Spring of 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and operational expertise on USMC systems.
- Support capability gap analysis, trade studies, and requirements development.
- Draft and refine CDDs, ICDs, and JCIDS documentation.
- Participate in IPTs and support traceability of mortar-related requirements.
- Support AAO validation in TFSMS.
- Develop and justify POM inputs and review budget exhibits.
- Collaborate across multi-functional teams.
Required Qualifications:
- US Citizenship is required.
- An Active Secret Clearance is required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
- 2 years supporting USMC capability development.
- Working knowledge of JCIDS, TFSMS, AAO updates, and POM processes.
- Strong analytical writing and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience drafting CDDs or supporting requirements reviews.
- Familiarity with SYSCOM and PdM Infantry Weapons processes.
