Your Opportunity

  • Help shape and define the user experience of a fast growing product
  • Turn complex supply chain concepts into clear and intuitive interfaces
  • Establish and evolve design standards, patterns, and documentation
  • Develop a deep understanding of modelling and simulation paradigms
  • Define and maintain a cohesive visual and interaction language across the platform

Why You’re Made for This

  • 3+ years in a B2B product designer role, working closely with product managers and engineering teams; startup experience strongly preferred
  • A self-starter who takes full ownership, makes pragmatic decisions, and thrives with high autonomy
  • You have a well-crafted portfolio which demonstrates thoughtful work with real impact
  • Experience designing data-intensive, analytical web applications within a technical domain
  • Excellent communicator who builds strong relationships across the organisation
  • Experience running or contributing to user research, usability testing, and discovery work
  • Comfortable working with incomplete information, ambiguity, and evolving requirements
  • Able to balance speed with quality in a fast moving environment
