At Kallidus, we’re on a mission to help organisations build people-first cultures through learning, performance, and talent solutions. Our award-winning suite empowers organisations to attract, develop, and retain the best talent — combining data, learning, and behavioural insights into one seamless platform. The goal is to link employee performance to business outcomes. We are a technology company, not just a company that 'does technology'. Our software is used by millions of people every day. We build it ourselves, we own it entirely, and the people who lead that work have real influence over how it evolves. Come build, grow and make a difference!

The Role: We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Customer Growth Marketing Manager to help drive customer retention, expansion and partner revenue across Kallidus. This is a high-impact role sitting at the centre of our customer growth engine, working closely with Customer Success, Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing and Marketing Ops to create programmes that deepen customer relationships, increase product adoption and contribute directly to revenue growth. At Kallidus, we’re challenging how the L&D industry thinks about value through our 'Activity Trap' narrative — moving conversations away from vanity metrics and towards measurable business outcomes. From standout event experiences and executive dinners to customer programmes and category-led campaigns, Marketing plays a central role in how we bring that story to life. You’ll lead customer and partner marketing activity across campaigns, lifecycle programmes, events, advocacy and communications, helping support our goals around NDR, customer engagement and partner-generated revenue. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategy with execution, understands how SaaS businesses grow beyond the initial sale, and is motivated by commercial impact rather than vanity metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and executing programmes that support customer engagement, retention, expansion and advocacy
  • Creating campaigns and communications across onboarding, adoption, renewals, product launches and expansion opportunities
  • Partnering closely with Customer Success to identify opportunities to increase customer growth and engagement
  • Developing customer proof points including case studies, webinars, customer stories and advocacy initiatives
  • Supporting partner revenue growth through co-marketing campaigns, webinars, events and enablement activity
  • Planning and executing integrated campaigns across email, content, nurture, webinars and events
  • Using Salesforce and HubSpot to track programme performance, customer engagement and commercial impact
  • Continuously testing and optimising programmes to improve engagement, adoption and revenue contribution

Required Skills, Experience and Behaviours:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally across customer marketing, lifecycle marketing or partner marketing
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence working closely with revenue teams
  • Experience running integrated marketing programmes across email, content, webinars and events
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and project management skills
  • Confidence using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

What we offer:

  • 27 days of annual leave
  • Private health insurance
  • Annual bonus opportunity
  • Full tech setup
  • Birthday Off
  • Volunteering Day
  • Collaborative 90-day onboarding and ongoing learning
  • Enhanced Family Leave
  • Flexible, hybrid approach to work
  • Annual Company party

Equal Opportunities: Our people are the heart of our success, and diversity is what drives that.
