Kallidus is seeking a Learning Designer for a maternity cover position (4-6 months, full time) with remote/hybrid options. This role focuses on instructional design rather than graphics design or development.

What we are looking for:
- Commercial experience as a Learning Designer/Instructional Designer with a proven track record of designing sophisticated digital learning content.
- Deep understanding of creating high-quality digital learning solutions, combining knowledge of learning theory and a consultative approach.
- Ability to draft and craft effective digital content experiences across various subject areas and delivery methods.
- Experience producing digital learning experiences that deliver behavioural change, knowledge transfer, and engagement.
- Proficiency in learning technologies, especially Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise, with the ability to develop in Rise.
- Excellent writing skills to convey complex ideas succinctly using various media, including audio, animation, and video.
- Proactive with initiative, able to influence and engage with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
- Experience in video script writing and the video production process.
- Familiarity with designing content for systems training projects and working with an eLearning agency.
- Experience with Boords or a similar storyboarding tool.
Your responsibilities:
- Creating engaging and impactful learning experiences that deliver value.
- Hands-on production of learning content designs, including learning outcomes/objectives, Content Outlines, and Storyboards/Scripts.
- Engaging with customers’ Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to develop effective digital training solutions.
- Collaborating with developers and graphic designers to deliver the vision.
