The Role: We’re looking for an organised, proactive and energetic Event Manager to join the Kallidus Marketing team and take ownership of events across the business. At Kallidus, events are a huge part of how we bring our brand to life. From major industry exhibitions and executive dinners to customer events, webinars and internal kick-offs, this role is responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality experiences that people genuinely remember.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering a range of events including exhibitions, customer events, webinars, executive dinners and internal events
  • Managing logistics including venues, suppliers, catering, travel, registration and onsite coordination
  • Creating and managing timelines, trackers and budgets to keep delivery on track
  • Coordinating with internal teams, speakers, partners and suppliers throughout the planning process
  • Supporting exhibition stand planning, branded materials and attendee experience
  • Helping create engaging, well-run experiences that reflect the Kallidus brand
  • Supporting post-event follow-up and continuous improvement across future events

Required Skills, Experience and Behaviours:

  • Experience planning and delivering events within a B2B or corporate environment
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
  • Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and making things happen
  • Flexibility to travel regularly across the UK for events
