YouwilljoinourCommercialteamsupportingavarietyofprojectscoveringtheNorthWestRegion.
YouwillsupportfinancialmanagementofContracts,inpartnershipwiththeContractsManagersand/orProjectManagers.
Whatyouwillbedoing:
- Workinpartnershipwithsitemanagement,commerciallysupportingsitesasrequired,todevelopaproactivesiteteam.Ensuringthatcontractualobligationsareidentifiedandadministered.
- VetcontractdocumentationonreceiptfromClienttoensurecompatibilitywiththeCompany’sTenderandsubsequentnegotiations
- ProduceCommercialRiskRegisterforeachcontract.Monitorriskandassistinimplementationofagreedmitigationmeasures
- PrepareandissueenquiriesforMajorPlant&EquipmentandSub-Contractpackages.Vetquotationscommerciallyandnegotiatepriceandtermswithvendors.IssueresultantPurchaseOrders
- PrepareandsubmitApplicationsforPaymentand/orInvoices,obtainPaymentCertificatesandprogressClientPaymentsinaccordancewithcontractualprovisions
- Measure,submitandagreeVariations,Loss&Expenseand/orCompensationEventsinaccordancewithcontractualprovisionstofacilitatepromptagreementofFinalAccounts
- Monitoron-siterecordkeeping.PrepareandissueNoticesinaccordancewithcontractualprovisions
- PrepareandsubmitmonthlyCostValueReconciliationsandCash/SpendProfiles.AttendContractReviewMeetings
- AuthorisationandcodingofSuppliers’andSub-Contractors’InvoicesandsubmissiontoFinanceforpayment
- Measure,certifyandagreeSub-Contractorsinterimvaluationsandfinalaccounts.PrepareandissuecontractualnoticestoSub-Contractors
