Kallidus is a leading Saa S provider of learning, performance, and talent management solutions.

Our award-winning platform helps hundreds of organisations worldwide empower their people to perform at their best — from simplifying compliance to driving skills development and measurable business outcomes.

We are a technology company, not just a company that "does technology".

We build it ourselves, we own it entirely, and the people who lead that work have real influence over how it evolves.

Come build, grow and make a difference!

The Role

Help us build sales enablement at Kallidus!

We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to build and own our sales enablement function from the ground up.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B Saa S enablement professional who wants the freedom to create something with real impact.

You’ll have a clean sheet to shape how we onboard, develop, coach and equip our revenue teams — helping talented people turn great individual performance into consistent, scalable success.

You’ll work across our full revenue organisation, including SDRs, Account Executives, Account Managers and Customer Success Managers, partnering closely with Sales Operations, Product and Marketing.

A big part of your role will be embedding our outcomes-led approach to selling.

We want every customer conversation to focus on value, business challenges and the outcomes our customers want to achieve — not simply product features or sales activity.

If you love building things, improving how sales teams work and seeing enablement translate into measurable commercial performance, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own codification and adoption of the end-to-end sales process: stages, exit criteria, qualification methodology, and the plays that move deals forward.
  • Build practical playbooks: discovery frameworks that surface customer outcomes, objection handling, outcomes-led positioning, and stage-by-stage guidance reps actually use.
  • Partner with Sales Ops to ensure the process is reflected and reinforced in the CRM.
  • Design and run structured onboarding for every revenue role (SDR, AE, AM and CSM) that ramps new hires faster and to a consistent standard.
  • Build a continuous development rhythm of skills sessions, call reviews and certifications, rather than one-off training events.
  • Coach the coaches: equip sales managers to reinforce enablement in their 1:1s and pipeline reviews.
  • Apply sound learning and instructional design principles so enablement is engaging and changes behaviour, modelling best practice by delivering it through Kallidus’s own products where possible.
  • Product enablement (releases, positioning, demos)
  • Act as the translation layer between Product / Product Marketing and the sales team, turning the positioning, releases and roadmap they own into seller-ready assets: talk tracks, battle cards, demo scripts and certifications.
  • Own demo enablement: build and maintain the standard demo flow, and certify reps to deliver it well.
  • Run enablement for every significant product release so the team can sell what's new, confidently, from day one.
  • Content & asset management
  • Own the sales content library as a single source of truth, making sure sellers can quickly find current, on-message assets, with clear version control.
  • Track content usage and impact, and feed that back into what gets created, updated or removed.
  • Tools, insights & measurement
  • Own conversation-intelligence tools, covering deployment, adoption, call-scoring frameworks, and turning call insight into coaching and playbook improvements.
  • Work fluently across the wider sales tech stack (Salesforce, sales engagement and prospecting tools) to embed enablement where reps work.
  • Define and report enablement’s impact across ramp time, win rates, methodology adoption and forecast accuracy.
  • Required Skills, Experience and Behaviours
  • Proven sales enablement experience within a B2B Saa S business.
  • A strong grasp of modern sales process and methodology, with a track record of embedding it, not just documenting it.
  • Fluency in outcomes-led or value-based selling, and a track record of embedding it in how a team sells.
  • Demonstrable ability to build enablement content and programmes from a blank page.
  • A working grasp of learning and instructional design, applying learning best practice so programmes engage and change behaviour.
  • Comfort operating across Sales, Marketing and Product, translating between them without losing the seller’s perspective.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; credible in front of reps, managers and the exec team alike.
  • A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and ambiguity; this is a build role.
  • Beneficial
  • Hands-on experience with Gong or another conversation-intelligence / insights tool (Chorus, Salesloft Conversations, etc.).
  • Experience enabling teams on product demos and technical product positioning.
  • Familiarity with L&D, HR tech or adjacent Saa S categories.
  • Experience of a scaling / PE-backed environment.

What we offer

  • 27 days of annual leave
  • Full tech setup
  • Support for your ongoing growth & development
  • Enhanced Family Leave
  • Flexible, hybrid approach to work
