Kaliba is partnering with a growing, well-funded enterprise SaaS business to appoint a Head of Professional Services. This is a senior leadership role with genuine ownership of the delivery function and a clear path for promotion.

The role
You will own customer delivery from contract signature through go-live and handover. This is a player-coach role: you lead the function and stay close to the work, stepping into escalations, coaching your team and supporting complex engagements directly.
You will:
- Lead and develop a team of experienced implementation & delivery professionals.
- Own delivery quality, predictability and pace across a portfolio of customer projects.
- Build and refine delivery methodology, governance and change control.
- Own resource and capacity planning, utilisation, forecasting and services margin.
- Work closely with commercial, product and finance teams to improve how customers move into delivery.
- Introduce and further enhance automation and AI into everyday delivery.
About you
- Significant experience leading SaaS Professional Services or implementation teams.
- A hands-on background implementing complex B2B SaaS platforms before moving into leadership.
- Experience running multi-customer delivery portfolios.
- Strong commercial understanding of utilisation, margin and scope management
- Confidence with senior customer stakeholders and sound judgement on challenging projects
- A structured, low-ego leadership style with a bias for accountability and execution
- Experience with complex, workflow-driven enterprise platforms is an advantage
