Job Role: We’re hiring a Senior SEO Executive who already understands SEO fundamentals and now wants ownership, responsibility, and progression. This is not a junior or trainee role. This is a delivery-focused SEO position where performance matters.
Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for executing and improving SEO performance across client accounts, including:
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Conduct advanced keyword and intent research (transactional, informational, navigational)
- Optimise on-page content for rankings, UX, and conversion
- Support GEO & AEO-ready content (structured content, entity alignment, topical authority)
- Implement internal linking strategies that improve crawlability and authority flow
Technical & Performance SEO
- Identify and resolve SEO issues using tools such as:
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Ahrefs / SEMrush
- Screaming Frog
- Work with developers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are baked into builds
Authority & Growth
- Support and execute ethical link-building and authority strategies
- Align off-page activity with commercial client goals
- Monitor algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly
Reporting & Insight
- Track rankings, traffic, and performance trends
- Translate data into clear insights and actions
- Produce reports that explain what happened, why, and what’s next
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years SEO experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of: On-page SEO, Search intent, Content optimisation
- Confident with core SEO tools (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
- GCSEs Grade C / 4 or above in Maths and English
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Commercial awareness (you understand why SEO matters)
