We’re an AI enabled performance marketing agency who are on a mission to help clients conquer the search-verse and grow their online discoverability. We deliver award-winning strategies for global brands across multiple sectors, including finance, retail and travel. This is a rare opportunity for a curious and enthusiastic SEO/GEO Assistant or Exec to join our growing team.
The Opportunity
You will learn content, technical and analytical skills to help you develop a career in search, getting stuck into client work, shadowing the team and doing your own self-learning. You will be carrying out analysis of client websites, reviewing technical and content issues, supporting with content optimisation and localisation in the German/French market, building reports and analysing data to inform client recommendations. You will have a real opportunity to learn from the expert team around you, working closely with them to develop your skills through on-the-job coaching, support, and guidance. You’ll be highly enthusiastic about all things SEO and always looking for new innovations and best practices to share internally and with clients to continually improve current activities and future propositions. Exceptional time management and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain successful relationships with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the SEO Manager with delivery of the SEO roadmap for high-profile clients.
- Perform technical and content optimisation on client websites.
- Conduct keyword research to identify new content opportunities.
- Localise content to different markets.
- Contribute to creative content creation and support technical SEO audits.
- Produce monthly SEO report insight, linking opportunities to recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date on SEO trends and implement best practices.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, SEOMonitor, Profound and Screaming Frog to support insights and reporting.
Personal Specification
- Native or strong (C1-C2) working proficiency in German or French is required.
- Background or experience in SEO, web design, data analysis, or a related field is ideal, with a willingness to learn and adapt in technical areas.
- Experience experimenting with LLMs is a bonus.
- You will demonstrate natural curiosity and have a willingness to learn.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong ability to navigate both technical and creative challenges, interpreting data insights to drive impactful strategies.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to team projects.
