About the role
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Relationship Management, Technology and Marketing, ensuring Kaizen’s solutions are positioned effectively, launched successfully and adopted by clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping go‑to‑market strategy, driving product adoption, supporting revenue growth and strengthening Kaizen’s market position. You will translate complex regulatory, technical and data‑led capabilities into clear propositions, messaging and sales enablement assets that help client‑facing teams articulate Kaizen’s platform value with confidence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for Kaizen’s products, platform and modules.
- Translate complex regulatory, technical and data‑led capabilities into compelling customer narratives, value propositions, proof points and product storylines.
- Lead go‑to‑market planning for new product releases, platform enhancements and module launches.
- Work with Product, Technology, Sales, Customer Success and Relationship Management to define target audiences, launch plans, value propositions and success measures.
- Translate platform developments and technical innovation into clear customer value and commercial opportunities.
- Partner with Sales and Relationship Management to develop expansion strategies, identify client adoption opportunities and support cross‑sell and upsell initiatives.
- Develop sales enablement materials including pitch decks, product one‑pagers, battlecards, objection‑handling guides and competitor comparisons.
- Ensure product messaging is consistent across campaigns, website content, sales materials, events and client communications.
Required skills and experience
- 8–10 years’ experience in B2B product marketing, proposition marketing, solutions marketing or a closely related role.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with responsibility for positioning, go‑to‑market strategy, product launches and sales enablement.
- Experience in SaaS, Fintech, Regtech, financial services technology, regulatory reporting, compliance, data quality or capital markets would be highly desirable.
- Proven ability to translate complex regulatory, technical or data‑led products into clear, commercially compelling messaging.
- Strong experience developing product positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks and go‑to‑market plans.
- Experience creating sales enablement materials that support revenue growth, client adoption, retention and account expansion.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across Product, Technology, Sales, Relationship Management, Customer Success, Marketing and subject matter experts.
- Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex subject matter without losing accuracy.
