We are seeking an ambitious, creative Senior Digital PR Executive.

The Role
As a Digital PR Executive you’ll consistently drive impactful PR efforts, securing regular coverage and building long-term media connections. You’ll create press releases and pitch emails that communicate campaign messages and secure media coverage and backlinks for clients. You’ll act as our client’s press office and regularly identify newsjacking opportunities.
You will build strong media relationships by creating tailored media lists and pitching to relevant journalists. You’ll develop skills in link-building, email pitching, and using A/B testing to refine strategies and meet KPIs. You will understand how your work contributes to client SEO and brand goals. You’ll contribute to campaign ideation, ensuring the delivery of link-worthy ideas, as well as provide insights for strategic reporting, and demonstrate ROI impact of your work. You will begin to support campaign creation, including data, research, and copywriting and will gain exposure to client comms. Additionally, you’ll contribute to agency marketing through blogs, case studies, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling and newsworthy press releases, pitch emails and other Digital PR materials to effectively communicate key campaign messages and build links and coverage for your clients.
- Manage the press office for our clients, including proactively sourcing reactive / newsjacking opportunities for your accounts.
- Monitor industry media coverage daily, providing insights on trends and competitor activities.
- Have a strong understanding of your clients as well as their competitors & their PR efforts.
- Consistently produce high quality, tailored and relevant media lists by identifying relevant media outlets and journalists to pitch our stories and secure media coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media contacts to secure ongoing coverage.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of effective link-building, email pitching techniques and media database tools.
- Effectively A/B test email templates to understand what is and isn’t driving success.
- Consistently deliver campaign coverage across multiple sectors, in line with your personal KPIs.
- Contribute to client ideation sessions to ensure link-worthy campaign ideas are being pitched.
- Provide strategic insight for monthly and quarterly reports to measure PR impact and demonstrate ROI.
- Begin to understand the SEO impact of Digital PR.
- Begin to gain exposure on client communications, supported by the Client lead.
- Begin to support with the creation of client campaigns including data, research and copy creation, demonstrating a high attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Create content to support agency marketing efforts including blogs, case studies and social media posts.
